I’d like to give them 0 stars. I’m sorry Gibson’s but not honoring your warranty on plants is not a good business practice. On 7-22-26, my hubby and I bought 2 plants, a grass plant and a lavender plant. We spent a lot of time with an employee who was very helpful. I made it a point to ask specifically “how long do you guarantee your plants?” I was told 30 or 60 days. I can’t remember. However, 2-3 weeks later the lavender plant was looking sad. I called and talked to an employee who said, “yes bring it back and we will get you a new one.” A few days later, I took a picture of the plant and went to Gibson’s, talked to Bret, who gave me more ideas to try and save it. He again said “bring it back and we’ll get you a new one”. In the meantime, it hadn’t been 30 days yet. Yesterday, 8-19-26, I took the plant in, anticipating getting a new one. I had my receipt and plant in hand. Yes the receipt was torn, but still clear as day what and when I bought. The man behind the counter, no name tag, said “I can’t give you a new plant.” I asked “why, it hasn’t been 30 days yet.” He simply looked at the plant and then at me. We’ve always had great experiences shopping at Gibson’s in the past, so when we needed a tree for our front yard, we went there in March. They didn’t have the specific tree we wanted, but they offered to order it for us. They took down our information and the details of the tree on a yellow tablet and said they’d call within a week. We even offered to pay in advance, but they said it wasn’t necessary. In the meantime, we had the utilities come out to mark the area. After two weeks with no call, we phoned them. No one knew anything about our order. They apologized and said they’d reorder the tree and call us within a week. So we went ahead and dug the hole. Two more weeks passed with no word, so we called again. Still nothing. They had no record of the tree. We waited one more week, then drove to the store. They checked their yellow sheets and found nothing with our name on it. A young employee said he’d send someone out to help us, so we waited by the trees… and waited. While we were standing there, we noticed that many of the trees on display looked unhealthy. Not frost damage, but some kind of fungus or disease. After waiting another eight minutes with no help, we left. We end

Thanks to Gibson Nursery for the outstanding customer service! We came in to explore landscaping options with our contractor, and Joel was incredibly helpful—offering great advice along with several cost-saving suggestions for our project. We also found a beautiful house-number stone and a statue for the entrance to our driveway. A huge shout-out to Joel and Tua for all their help! Highly recommend Gibson Nursery.

Awesome nursery with a very helpful staff and awesome selection of plants, trees, and landscaping supplies. I walked away with a new Dogwood Tree, Pryracantha, and Blue Holly. We got a great deal, and they helped me load them into my truck. I am excited for my landscaping updates and will definitely be returning for more!! Thanks!

The best place to go for all your hardscape needs. These guys know their stuff. Ryan is the man when it comes to custom and one of kind decorative items for your yard. Best in town!
